What colour shoes should I wear with a rich red satin dress I am wearing for my cousin’s summer wedding?

It’s next month in Peru. The dress is just below the knees and I have a rich red satin bag to go with it. I could n’t decide between red, silver or black shoes or does anyone have any other ideas?
