My fiance and I are having our local (and amazingly good) grilled cheese truck cater our wedding. For one of the sandwiches we get to create our own and name it whatever we want. This turned out to be much harder then anticipated so we thought we would put it up for suggestions. The sandwich is turkey, bacon and cheddar grilled perfectly on sourdough with a parmesan crust.

What should it be called?

This is the dress in the exact color that I am wearing in an upcoming winter wedding. I am looking for some cute/trendy heels (that I can walk comfortably in) to match with it. Any suggestions/links would be very helpful!

I am having a beach wedding and I do not want to do the same old wedding favors. Of course there will be a mixture of gender so I would like to get something that would work for both parties or something for the women and a separate something for the men. ANY thoughts? THANKS in advance!

My wedding planner has arranged for my family to do a food tasting for the event catering? Would this be free?

I’m just not sure if I’ll have to pay for it and I certainly don’t want any more added expenses to the already big number I am looking at, especially if we end up going through a lot of these events before we finally like the food and end up choosing the vendor. I am embarrassed to ask the planner – I don’t want her to think I’m being really cheap…

I would like to keep my food prices a little lower if possible. My uncle is a caterer and would like to do the catering at my wedding, but to keep food costs down, I was thinking maybe a buffet style lunch or dinner?

I am asking for contributions to my honeymoon instead of gifts in my wedding invitations… how could i word it? we can’t afford a honeymoon and we don’t need anything for our house… gifts would be useless. my family is not very upper crusty so i’m not worried about offending anyone… IF YOU THINK THIS IS TACKY I DONT CARE! KEEP YOUR COMMENTS TO YOURSELF! I was thinking something like this would be ok… let me know… “we are not accepting material gifts. your contributions would be appreciated towards our honeymoon fund.”
