What are good flowers for a winter wedding?

The colors are black and white. [Maybe some silver.]
The date isn’t set yet since I have to find out when my fiance gets leave to come home from his post. So it could either be shortly after Christmas or Jan. 1st or 2nd.

I was thinking white roses, but I dunno.

I’m not great with the whole flower thing so I need some help.

Pictures of bouquets or just flowers that would work would be greatly appreciated too.

Winter wedding for two? any ideas?

I never had a “wedding” although i’m married. We have no one to invite, maybe my mother but she is the nurse of my grandma (who can’t travel). So it will be just my hubby and me. Do you know of any place where we can get “married” and have a small wedding cake, and maybe one table for us decorated like if it were a wedding with guests? I would love to have our honey moon in the same location as the wedding. price is not important. Please help me…

I need some help on deciding how and where to place satin ribbons on my invites. How do you tie them on? Do you punch holes and tie the ribbons that way?
