How many bathrooms do I need at my outside wedding reception?

We are planning on having around 150 people invited to our wedding and reception. We are having the reception outside so we need to rent outhouses. Do we need to rent 2 or can we just rent 1. Thanks.

I am thinking about doing a wedding and event planning course, and i was just wondering how many ladies out there who would actually get a wedding planner?

How many weeks before a wedding is it safe to order lavender buds to toss after the wedding?

I’ve looked everywhere online, and can’t seem to find approximately how long the fresh, dried lavendar buds will stay scented for. I’d like to order the buds, but just want to make sure that they will still be scented for the wedding in a month and a half. Any suggestions?

I have a ton of ideas for starting my own business! I have a few talents I would love to portray in one business but I don’t quite know how well the idea would fit in order to be sucessful. So, I will give you my ideas and just let me know if you think there’s a possibility that I can use both for my business.
First idea- I love design, art, photography, dance, etc! Love it! I had the idea to own an event company, have a nice building with several rooms for conferences, parties, weddings, charity events, and have partner with vendors, also being a vendor myself in photography, wedding planning, or rent out unique decorations.
Second Idea- I really love repurposing old items and tranforming them into furniture. lol, if you have ever watch picker sisters on lifetime you know what I mean! I want to own a very upscale style, affordable furniture home store. My husband would be my contractor to help me make the furniture. Inside the store however, I would like to have a photography studio. Even using some of the unique things made as props for pictures, and maybe partner with some freelance photographers or renting the studio out to them, etc. Also, taking photographs myself of course.
Lastly I love interior design, designing and decorating houses. This would be more of selling me, would require many credentials and time to get where I want, but my husband is helping a man start a tv show and I would try to place a few segments in the show and build more of a clientell that way. But that would be a bit of a long shot. Anyway, I love to do all the things. I would love to post art in my furniture store, love to host parties and take the pictures there too. ANyway, you have an idea of who I am. So let me know what kidn of store you think you would go into, or a business you think that would do well and what things you think would go together well.
I mostly feel like I need to incorporate many ideas and items for a business mostly cuz I get bored with doing the same thing over and over again. And I feel the variety will make more money, kind of two businesses in one type deal

How many guests should i have at a destination wedding ?

The thing is that we are having our wedding in Mexico. I’m from Mexico City so all the guests from my side are there and his family is from Chicago so they are traveling. Its a destination wedding for his side but an at home wedding for my side. I don’t know how to handle the guest list,since probably I would have more guests.

I’ve been so inspired over the years that I’ve taken classes in cake decorating, interior decorating, photography, sewing, culinary, baking, making cards (all kinds), etiquette & protocol (I’m etiquette & protocol certified through a well known international company, web design, quilting, guitar lessons, singing lessons, painting. Minus the etiquette & protocol course I took, all of the classes I’ve taken have been through the local Parks & Recreation. I’m also a licensed cosmetologist & barber.

I’ve recently help three sister have a trio wedding for $3,800. That included food (prepared by the sisters, moms & a few cousins) , photography (done by me), flowers (done by me) etc. I love being a thrifty DIY bride. I love learning new things to help make my life easier & I don’t have to spend a fortune on someone else, when I can do it myself for practically free.

How many of you planned your own bachelorette party?

My bridesmaids brought up going to Vegas the weekend before the wedding, and we went. It was a lot of fun, but really disorganized. My MOH didn’t step up to organize it because it was actually my college roommates that suggested it (4 of them were bridesmaids). It was a really fun weekend, but there was nothing distinctly “bachelorette” about it.

Should I have stepped up to organize it? I read a lot on here about brides organizing their own party. Is that common?
Oh no, I was not disappointed…it was great. I am just wondering if I was supposed to do something for it.

What drinks should I offer at my wedding reception that don’t require too many ingredients?

I’m having a wedding reception and offering free beer and one free mixed drink or shot. After the one drink I’m going to charge $2-3 a drink. I wouldn’t ask people to go in their pockets but all my family is drinkers and I can’t afford them. Anyway I’m trying to think of drinks that don’t require too many different ingredients. Just basics like vodka, gin, or some brandy’s. I don’t know. Anyone have any suggestions?

I need to know how many pictures I can fit on my memory card.?

I am going to be taking pictures of a wedding this weekend and I need to know how many gb’s I’ll need to get a good amount of pictures. I am going to be using my friends Canon 50D and will be shooting in RAW format. I already have 8gb, 4gb, 2gb, 512 kb, and a 8mb memory card. Does anyone have any idea how many pictures this may be?
