I want to wear something like what Jamarcus russell is wearing in the picture below, his all black suit and shirt.

I want to wear a black shirt with a solid black tie, and a black jacket. its all the same shade of black though. also, im thinking about wearing all that with a white hat, does that work, i want to try something different and cool. the wedding isnt in a church, its like in a ball room area

I can wear a burnt orange shirt and black jacket. im tanned skinned

I can’t attend a huge wedding & reception tonight in which I RSVP’d yes weeks ago. Etiquette help needed!?

OK, here’s the deal….it’s Saturday afternoon now. The church wedding starts tonight at 6:30pm. Reception at an expensive historical reception hall thereafter w/ 300+ guests. Black tie optional, but it’s NOT going to be a sit-down dinner. You know the bride is running around getting ready as we speak…..doesn’t have time to receive my phone call to regret at the last minute. Who do you think I should appropriately contact? The coordinator at the reception hall? Should I send a telegram to the bride & groom at the reception hall? Should I write a note and drop it off at the reception hall with the coordinator? What’s the appropriate etiquette for such a circumstance? Please…..I feel bad enough I must decline….circumstances out of my control….I want to do the right thing and decline graciously and respectfully…..any help would be sincerely appreciated. Thanks!

Need a hair style for a wedding I’m going to. Please help?

Ok, so I’m what I like to call ‘hair illiterate’ Basically anything beyond a ponytail or headband is a bit out of my abilities. I have a round face and hair about 4 inches past my shoulders. It has a natural wave, loose curls when shorter and can be er, encouraged to be present if needed. I really have no idea what to do. Please, help!

I’m making a wedding dress for a year 12 project and i need glue that dry clear and doesn’t stain or change the colour of the material. i am using silk and need to glue small beads on the material.( I can’t sew it on as it’s in large amounts) ive seen this glue on project run way but not sure where i can get it from or something like that. can anyone please help?? or any ideas on how i can fix it.

Generation Song Help……?

We are planning on doing a generation dance at our wedding this Saturday (July 23, 2011). This was a last minute detail and I need help deciding a song. We like country music but the point of the generation dance is to bring back memories to the older guest who have been married a long time. What song would you suggest.

Also, at the end of the song my husband and I will go out and present the couple married the longest with an arrangement of flowers to match the wedding.

Any amazing, affordable ideas to help my sister relieve some of her wedding stress?

I’m putting a lot of money and effort into the wedding itself, so I don’t have much left over to help her out, but she’s really having a bit of a breakdown between plans and her job…she only has one night off a week and I want to do something special for her that’s not too awkward or cheesy.

My idea is to have her over for a nice dinner (she’s vegetarian – meal ideas?!? I’m a pure carnivore and am kind of at a loss!) and let her borrow my bathroom for a luxurious bath in my claw footed tub she’s been lusting after and give her a facial and pedicure kit to kind of pamper herself while I stay at my mother in law’s house. My sister”s relocating from out of state and has been living at our mother’s house for months until the wedding so I figure just giving her free reign of my house to lounge around in her robe and watch television or whatever while I babysit her son elsewhere might be a nice treat for her.

I’m just curious what I should add to this – I know it seems kind of chintzy or cheesy but it’s a gift from the heart and I’m just looking at other ways to make it special for her, this simple night of no worries.

An amazing dessert…movie rental selections that will help her cry to relieve some of her stress…heck, even a bubble bath scent recommendation would be helpful. Any ideas whatsoever? She means a lot to me and I’d give her the moon if I had it, but like I said I’m kind of tapped out and need some down-home ideas.

Wedding Present help?

I need to buy a present for a wedding.
I have know the Bride longest of all my friends, but I only know the groom from a few house parties. (He’s lovely!).

I have already used some of the most fitting and unique present ideas for the Bride’s birthday’s. Besides, they are all exclusive to her own hobbies and passions.

They have asked that we gift money towards honeymoon spends,(They already have a housefull of stuff!) and I’ll do that too, but another group of friends are getting them something between them.

I’m not going in on this (for some complex reasons), so I need and idea.

What can I do that is special for newlyweds, that will LAST and isn’t gimmicky…or for the already decorated and stocked house?

Art is off the list too, they aren’t big on sculptures and paintings exept the Cornish watercolour I got for the bride’s 18th.

I’m running out of time!
