What are good flowers for a winter wedding?

The colors are black and white. [Maybe some silver.]
The date isn’t set yet since I have to find out when my fiance gets leave to come home from his post. So it could either be shortly after Christmas or Jan. 1st or 2nd.

I was thinking white roses, but I dunno.

I’m not great with the whole flower thing so I need some help.

Pictures of bouquets or just flowers that would work would be greatly appreciated too.

Okay so my mum is having a retro style wedding (50′s era) and she is having a song for every part of the wedding
eg.

Their first dance to cant take my eyes off you -Frankie Valli

And neither of us have any idea what a good song would be to for when they cut the cake

What’s a good low cost bus rental company to go from hotel to ceremony for a wedding in the Philadelphia area?

We’re getting married this summer and need a bus to take about 100 people from the hotel to the wedding venue and back (about 15-20 minutes each way). I’m assuming it would take 2 round trips. We’re looking to keep the cost low.

ive been looking for a wedding dress for a while now and i cant find one that just awes me …..and i was watching the wonder years last night and i saw when his sister gets married… that’s the dress…i want it and i cant find anything like it….and anything close is like 3 grand…and that’s beyond ridiculous….can you guys help? my limit is like 700..and that’s pushing it….

While my amazing boyfriend is saving for my ring, I am looking at places to have the wedding. If it’s not insanely expensive I would love to have the wedding and reception at Valle Vista in Greenwood, IN. However, my backup is to have the wedding downtown and the reception at Valle Vista.

My question is has anyone had a wedding at the Indiana State House and if so what was your experience?

I understand real life assisting a wedding planner is the #1 ideal way to get experience, but I do have event planning experience already. It’s not in the wedding field, but with nonprofits.

Anyway, aside from that, I was specifically wondering about possible online courses or a good program that’s nationwide? (Preferably in Oklahoma City, OK or in Texas).
