8 Commentswould it be tacky to save it for someone else to wear, even if they had to alter it. I’m a little pugdy, but i look good. i have five unmarried cousins on my moms side and a sister, and also i dont own a house or anything so from me theres nothing for anyone to inherit or for me to do for anyone as great as my dad is doin for me, you guessed it first born, ever so trying to make parents proud. but my mom says no one wants a used dress, they all want to pick out thier own. would anyone be honored to wear my dress after me? so even if i saved it for a niece, is that something that would be acceptable. my dream dress isnt just to die for, its also something someone would be gratefull to have because i wore it. i dont know if i am that special. but last wedding i went to the bride went to davids, and that was blood, so if my dad is letting me go to a more pricey and stylish and better quality fabric type bridal boutique then do you think this dream of handing down the dress will be cool. or will people shun that even if it was enough for several davids gowns. the rest of my family is pretty poor, my dad is an engineer. if my dream come true for the dress is it wrong to dream of giving it to a family member after my wedding and saving it for the next cousin who becomes a budget concerned bride. or do people snarf at that kinda thing?
thank you perse!!! if it takes them three or more years it might not be a long shot right? pray or meditate or wish me luck!!! five cousins single and only one picky one, cross my fingers!
