Small wedding venues in Queens or Brooklyn, NY?

I am looking for a location for a wedding ceremony and good food in Queens or Brooklyn NY. We will only have about 30 to 40 guests. I am looking for a hotel, restaurant, or even a nice outdoor or historic location to get married and have a small dinner. Even something outdoors or near water would be nice. Or even a place with a view of the Manhattan skyline. Any ideas?
