Is it too cold for an outdoor wedding in February wedding in Arizona?

I live in phoenix and my FH and I really want to get married the day before Valentines Day. We’ve picked out the perfect venue. It’s an outdoor garden, would it be too cold for my guests? Could I include a note about bringing sweaters on the invite?
