Getting married On August 9 2008. Does anyone know of a beautiful garden/ or park where I could have the wedding. I’m trying to have it preferably in Long Beach. If anyone has ideas I would appreciate them. Thanks!
Do a search on Google. Look in your area (yellow pages). Also try http://www.theknot.com. There you will find locations. Other brides in your area that are having an outdoor wedding. You’ll even get ideas on how to decorate the location!
well this probably won’t help you much but my cousin had her wedding in a winery. it was absolutely breathtaking. the contrast between her white dress and the dark green grass was picture perfect:]
How about El Dorado Park? There are some beautiful lakes there with ducks. Cerritos also has some nice parks with great backgrounds. Call the city dept of parks and recreation to see what the fees are and what times they are open.

I recommend the Earl Burns Japanese Garden at Cal State Long Beach. It’s very pretty and perfect for weddings. They aren’t even open to the public on Saturdays because they have so many weddings.
