i need to buy 300-400 yards of fabric for a wedding reception. any ideas on where to go? cheap?!?

i need any kind of white fabric
our reception is in a gym and we have this wooden circle hanging from the ceiling that the fabric will be draped/stapled to and draped to the corners to hide the basketball hoops. technically making a huge inside tent. we have seen pictures of it done and they told us it took that much fabric
try e-bay. why do you need so much fabric. I mean that is a lot of fabric. what are your plans?
Talk to the fire marshal before you spend a cent. This is a HUGE fire hazard, and around here, they might even shut down the reception.
For that much fabric, you might be better off renting a large tent and having it set up inside. Likely the rental company will know what will and will not fly with the fire marshal already.
The fire marshal probably will not let you drape that much fabric around the room anyway as the previous poster said and even if he or she did, what then would happen to the fabric after the event? Are you going to have some place to store all that or are you just going to throw it away? Which would be a terrible waste.
