How to do a wedding anniversary dance?

I am getting married on Saturday and I am considering having an anniversary dance to celebrate marriage instead of a bouquet and garter toss.
I am uncomfortable with the garter toss and thought it would be unbalanced to only do the bouquet toss.
How do I do the dance? Intro for it, prize, etc? I have never seen it done, so I need to know how to make it go smoothly in case no one else is familiar with it. The song I want to use is You’re Still the One by Shania Twain, so I have that part covered.
