My fiance and I are planning a wedding ceremony that will not be particularly religious. We are looking for a location in northern indiana. It could be indoor or outdoor, in a church (one that would accept us writing or own vows), or in a beautiful ourdoor area. Any ideas?

Googling for Wedding Stuff

Sorry–cannot think of many. The gardens of Norte Dame-but, they are Catholic. There is an big old house just to the edge of South Bend, that I went to years ago—it is a restaurant. But, I do not remember the name of it.
Now, if you want to come farther south———.
Northern Indiana, I’m not sure. But Brown County Indiana (south of Indy…halfway between Indy and the state line) is a BEAUTIFUL area, especially in the fall, and I know they have wedding chapels and stuff. Plus, there’s cabins over there that you can get for the week and just chill for your honeymoon.
Also, something to think about: Alot of churches do weddings for non-members…you might have to take a few “classes” and may have to pay more of a fee than the members would, but…
Also, (I’m almost done rambling, I promise) do a search on the net. I can’t remember the site, but somewhere there’s a site that lists nondenominational ministers by state. If you can find a state park or something that you like for a location, see if there’s a nondenom. minister in your area. (Usually pretty cheap…maybe a coupla hundred bucks.)
