Occasion: Spring Wedding
Dress: Simple black halter, knee-length
Shoes: Lavender peep-toe pumps with a bow on the side of each foot
Skin Tone: Tan – Think “Freida Pinto” skin tone
Would the lavender pumps look weird with the dress? And what type of cover up (and colour) would be appropriate? A shawl, cardigan, jacket etc?
i like your whole idea but it is a spring wedding which means your dress should be colorful and bright. Black is for the winter and night time… the purple is a good idea you can match everything with black but i dont think the outfit goes with your skin tone. Why not a pale yellow about knee length with a small bow at the waste. Tight near the chest area and flowier as it goes down… maybe a silver flat shoe with a bow at the top and a shade of yellow… it just takes research and pale yellow is a really great color for spring. You should also wear a light shawl exspecially since it will be warm. Try to encorperate the silver toe flats into the shawl… this is just a springy idea. Also for hair you can do beach curls and stick a small flower pin in your hair i hope i helped even though this is not exzactly your idea but just a thought
