I recently just got engaged and I’m looking for a reasonable priced wedding planner. With the economy now days I can’t afford much but I need the help of a wedding planner, seeing that I’m new to this wedding stuff. Since you are low on funds why not plan your own wedding but hire a wedding planner for consultation only that will save you a lot, but some good wedding planners might actually have you save money due to the contacts they have, they can get things cheaper from florist, gowns, tuxes, photographer, food, venue and sort.
Still it depends on your budget but somethings cannot be avoided. If you plan to have a small wedding i suggest you to have it in southeast asia country. I had mine in Malaysia – Redang Island, the whole wedding cost less then 5k inclusive of everything. (due to exchange rate) i think with 7k or more you can get a very luxurious and classy ones
