All inclusive Hawaii wedding package..yes or no?

My fiance and I are planning a Hawaii wedding, Ive been looking into the all inclusive wedding packages, I am just wondering if any one has any experience with these?
It will most likely just be me and my fiance attending, we are both kind of shy and just want to do something private and special for us, and then have a big reception back home.
Are we better off hiring a wedding planner or go with the wedding packages? if any one has a website that they have heard good reviews please let me know
